DSL Terms & Conditions
Moving, DSL number change, or cancellation of service yields a cancellation fee ($120 and $10 deducted from fee for each month of billed service on a 1 year contract, or ($240 and $10 deducted from fee for each month of billed service on a 2 year contract.) and if Fidalgo Networking, Inc. provided you with a modem kit then it must be returned upon cancellation.

A DSL modem kit consists of modem unit, power cord, 3 filters, splitter, line cord, ethernet cord, and instructions. When returning this equipment is necessary; the following charges will apply to any equipment that is not returned or returned in a damaged/non-working condition:  

a. Modem: $34.00
b. Line Filter: $3.00 each
c. Line Cord: $2.50
d. Ethernet Cord: $4.00
e. Power Adapter: $15.00
f. Splitter: $2.00

• Existing customers must renew their contract to become eligible for current promotions, unless otherwise stated.

• $10 fee will apply if you decide to change your DSL Plan or speed. A new contract will need to be signed if you choose the contract pricing.

• If customer is re-ordering DSL at new location or new telephone number then they will need to re-signup and choose a current rate plan or promotion that might be running at that time.

• Once DSL is ordered on a phone number, any changes in service (moving, changing phone number, etc.) will automatically be considered cancellation of service with Fidalgo Networking.

• Fidalgo Networking DSL is available only in Western Washington Verizon territory.
No Verizon telephone service required. Even then, lines compatible with DSL service apply. Additional conditions may apply.

• The Maximum available plan (in terms of speed) varies depending on line conditions.

• DSL plans include backup internet dialup access. The hours allotted vary by plan.

• Additional Static IP addresses for Advanced DSL plans are available for $5/mo each.

• Additional DSL Filters can be purchased separately for $2.00/ea. or 3 for $5.00

• 30 Day Money Back Guarantee - All equipment given to customer by Fidalgo Networking need to be returned in good condition before the 31st day. However 7 day advanced notice is required to cancel dsl and be eligible for money back guarantee and contract waiver.
